Cloisters Ventures Ltd is the controller of the information collected on this site. Our primary purpose in collecting personal information is to provide you with an efficient experience, and our corporate clients with information about investor interest. We use your personal information to provide the services and customer support that you request; tailor and improve our services and the content and layout of our website; and where users have given us their consent, to deliver targeted marketing. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others, nor shall we use it other than in the ways disclosed in this statement. This information is stored on CapeSeed computers and databases, and access is restricted to specific personnel. We store this information to ensure that you receive the type of communications from us that you have consented to, and to respond to your enquiries.

Registration and email preferences
In order to use some features of this website, users may first be required to complete a registration form. During registration, users are required to complete the mandatory fields of name and email address. All additional fields are optional, including company name, job title and research/marketing communications preferences. This information is used to contact users about the topics on our site where they have expressed interest, it also acts as a security feature, to enable users to retrieve lost passwords. If you register to use the site, access to your personal details is restricted. Only the necessary CapeSeed personnel are able to view and amend your information in order to administer any services that you require. We use a third-party mailing list specialist, Mailchimp, to deliver our email research and marketing communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies so that we can analyse our reports for readership trends. When someone visits www.capeseed.com, we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information such as IP addresses and details of visitor behaviour patterns. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, analyse trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use for reporting and potentially advertising and sponsorship purposes. All information processed remains anonymous; we do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this.
